Hi! Today I am giving you a recipe of something what I really love to prepare. It is pretty easy to make and very healthy as well.
One portion may contain about:
- 300 kcal,
- 12 grammes of protein,
- 7 grammes of fibre,
- 50 grammes of carbohydrates,
- 6 grammes of fat.
- 1-2 kiwi fruit,
- 200g of natural yoghurt*
- handful of dried cranberry
- handful of shelled sunflower
- handful of desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp of amaranth grain
- a large handful of mixture of bran
- here you can add whatever you like, e.g. sesame, flaxseed, nuts, raisins, almonds
METHOD:
- Cook amaranth grain for about 15 minutes on low heat.
- At the same time cut kiwi fruit into small squares.
- While amaranth grain is still cooking/boiling, put the ingredients a glass or bowl:
- a small handful of kiwi -> few tsp of yoghurt -> a half of mixture of bran -> few tsp of yoghurt -> rest of mixture of bran -> rest of kiwi mixed with dried cranberry** -> few tsp of yoghurt -> THEN drain amaranth*** and put it on the top -> add the rest of yoghurt -> as your topping use shelled sunflower and desiccated coconut plus something from 8th point of ingredients (only these you're not allergic to for sure)
Enjoy your meal!
* the best natural yoghurt is live yoghurt
** I used it instead of sugar, to add a sweet taste
*** use fine or superfine sieve best
